Balsamic Glazed Watermelon
SERVING SIZE: 8 DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNER
PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES COOK TIME: 5 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
Watermelon
4 tbs Balsamic vinegar
1 tbs Coconut sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
3 tbs olive oil
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
½ lime juiced & zest
PREP:
Cut watermelon into thick slices, no less than 2 inches thick. Anything smaller in size will be difficult to grill.
Zest the whole lime (you will want to buy a zester) and then cut and and juice.
Mix together remaining ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Brush onto each side of the watermelon.
Over a hot grill, cook the water 2-3 minutes per side. Serve hot.
