Balsamic Grilled Peaches
SERVING SIZE: 3-4 DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNER
PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES COOK TIME: 35-45 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
2 peaches
1 tsp kosher salt
Balsamic glaze
1 tbs olive oil
1tbs mint
PREP:
Cut peaches in half and remove the pit.
Cover in olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place flesh side down on a medium hot grill. Cook for 5 minutes before flipping.
Cook on the other side for 3 minutes. Take off the grill and drizzle with the balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional).
