Balsamic Grilled Peaches

SERVING SIZE: 3-4 DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNER

PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES COOK TIME: 35-45 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 peaches

  2. 1 tsp kosher salt

  3. Balsamic glaze

  4. 1 tbs olive oil

  5. 1tbs mint

 

PREP:

  1. Cut peaches in half and remove the pit.

  2. Cover in olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place flesh side down on a medium hot grill. Cook for 5 minutes before flipping.

  3. Cook on the other side for 3 minutes. Take off the grill and drizzle with the balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional).
