Balsamic Vinegar Broccoli
SERVING SIZE: 3-4 DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EASY
PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
1 head of broccoli
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
PREP AND COOK:
Wash and cut broccoli into small florets (small trees).
Drizzle 2 tbs of olive oil, sprinkle salt & pepper and mix until the broccoli is coated.
Bake for 25 minutes at 375F. Take out of the oven, drizzle with balsamic vinegar 2 tbs, toss and serve hot.
