Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

SERVING SIZE: 4-5 DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EASY

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES REFRIGERATION TIME: 6+ HOURS

INGREDIENTS:

  1. ½ cup chia seeds

  2. ¼ cup of greek yogurt

  3. 1 cup almond milk

  4. 1 tsp kosher salt

  5. 3 tbs cocoa powder

  6. 3 tbs maple syrup

  7. raspberries 

  8. Sliced almonds

  9. Chopped mint

PREP:

  1. Add wet ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined. Next add all of your dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. You can either let the chia seed pudding set up in the mixing bowl, or you can parson it out into smaller, portion sized containers.

REFRIGERATE:

  1. Let sit in the fridge covered for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.

  2. Top with fresh raspberries, sliced almonds and a sprinkle of fresh mint before serving.
