Oyster Mignonette Sauce
SERVING SIZE: 4 DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EASY
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES REST TIME: 30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
1 shallot (¼ cup)
1/4 tbs red wine vinegar
1/3 tbs white wine vinegar
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tbs fresh parsley
PREP:
Finely chop the shallot and parsley and place into a small bowl.
Next add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
Place covered in the refrigerator and let sit 30 minutes before serving.
