Oyster Mignonette Sauce

SERVING SIZE: 4 DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EASY

PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES REST TIME: 30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 shallot (¼ cup)

  2. 1/4 tbs red wine vinegar

  3. 1/3 tbs white wine vinegar

  4. 1 tsp kosher salt

  5. ½ tsp pepper

  6. 1 tsp sugar

  7. 1 tbs fresh parsley

PREP:

  1. Finely chop the shallot and parsley and place into a small bowl.

  2. Next add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine.

  3. Place covered in the refrigerator and let sit 30 minutes before serving.
