Tahini Sauce
*CREATIVE BLURB HERE* We usually like to eat this with the (BROCCOLI RECIPE) and some baked scallops or chicken.
SERVING SIZE: 4-6 DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNER
PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES COOK TIME: 5 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup sesame seed paste
zest & juice of 4 lemons
⅓ cup olive oil
½ cup water
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
PREP:
Peel and mince garlic and finely chop parsley.
Add ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth.
Let set in the refrigerator for at least 30 before serving, giving the sauce time to set.
