Tahini Sauce

*CREATIVE BLURB HERE* We usually like to eat this with the (BROCCOLI RECIPE) and some baked scallops or chicken.

SERVING SIZE: 4-6 DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNER

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES COOK TIME: 5 MINUTES

 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. ¾ cup sesame seed paste 

  2. zest & juice of 4 lemons 

  3. ⅓ cup olive oil

  4. ½ cup water

  5. 2 cloves of garlic

  6. 1 cup of chopped parsley

  7. salt and pepper to taste

 

PREP:

  1. Peel and mince garlic and finely chop parsley.

  2. Add ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth.

  3. Let set in the refrigerator for at least 30 before serving, giving the sauce time to set.
