Basil-Parmesan Gnocchi
Basil-Parmesan Gnocchi is a house favorite. You can make this recipe using the Homemade Gnocchi Recipe, or your favorite pre-made gnocchi. We also usually eat this dish with Pan-Seared Scallops and Balsamic Broccoli.

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of Gnocchi - Advanced homemade version (Great for a date night activity), click here.
6 tbs of butter
⅓ cup basil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes
PREP:
Mince garlic
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Fully cook gnocci according to package instructions, or instructions listed homemade gnocchi recipe.
COOK:
In a sauté pan over medium heat, add butter and melt.
Finely chop garlic and sauté in butter for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to the pan, cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until soft.
Add-in the cooked and drained gnocchi to the pan, sauté for another 3-5 minutes stirring frequently to keep from sticking to the bottom.
Add in remaining ingredients, stir until combined and serve.

Basil-Parmesan Gnocchi is a delicious dish, but often looks like (very tasty) potato lumps when it is cooked correctly.
